AP Spanish Exam=no bueno.
My test was yesterday. It did not go well.
There were many technical difficulties that resulted in us sitting and waiting around for almost an hour before we started the test (I was in the luckier of the two groups--they had to wait MUCH longer than I did). All in all, it was HARD. I found that my mind was not in Spanish that day, and I had trouble keeping focus, understanding the listening portions, the reading sections (especially the fiction! The articles were not difficult) and vocab. I feel like I probably passed , but I did not do well. I did not do NEARLY as well as I could have.
That being said, I have come to these realizations:
1.) I am not a test score.
2.) Getting a bad grade on the AP Spanish test does not reflect on my ability to actually speak Spanish.
3.) Getting a bad grade on the AP Spanish test does not mean that I will never attain fluency in the language.
4.) Getting a bad grade on the AP Spanish test does not mean that I will be held back and have to repeat courses in the progression of my language courses--there are still placement tests to be taken!
5.) Getting a bad grade on the AP Spanish test does not mean that I will get no college credit for the years of class I have already taken in Spanish and does not mean that I am necessarily any further away from a minor in Spanish than I would have been otherwise.
Estoy libre. :)

I admire your attitude. You've got perfect perspective, and I admire you so much for that! <3 I would tell you I love you in Spanish, but uh... no bueno? I can tell you I love you in Hebrew if you like! xD
Está bien, Emily. Te quiero. <3
